Our rental property management company makes a promise that will we find our clients new tenants for free if the original tenants vacate your property in less than six months. We are confident in our tenant screening skills; however, unexpected relocations can happen and when situations like these arise, we assume responsibility for the consequences, so you don’t have to. 

Property Assessments

We perform property assessments for our Simi Valley clients twice yearly at a minimum in order to document that the property is being adequately kept up by the tenants. During these inspections, our property management professionals also test smoke alarms and CO detectors to help ensure the safety of your tenants.
