Lease Only covers marketing, showings, screening, and lease drafting. Standard adds rent collection, maintenance coordination, 24/7 emergency response, and online statements. Premium adds lease renewals and home-warranty coordination. See full details in our services.
Lease Only (5%) places a qualified tenant and then hands the property back to you to self-manage. Standard (6%) and Premium (8%) add ongoing day-to-day management — rent collection, maintenance, emergencies, statements, and more.
Yes. Under our Tenant Replacement Plan, if a placed tenant vacates in under six months, we find a replacement at no additional cost.
